Skyler Chan of GRU Space on Building a Hotel on the Moon

Skyler Chan, founder and CEO of GRU Space, joins Ben Gamble on the Astro Ben Podcast to talk about his plan for a hotel on the Moon and what it will take to build real infrastructure beyond Earth.

They discuss in-situ resource utilization, including making bricks from lunar regolith, and how a lunar habitat has to be designed to cope with the hazards of the Moon. Skyler also shares how he found his way into the space industry.

It is a good listen for anyone interested in the lunar economy, space infrastructure and how a young space startup turns a bold idea into engineering.
